Each shelf is engineered to support up to 50 lbs when properly mounted. For our heavy-duty industrial collection, the capacity increases to 100 lbs per tier.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

How long does shipping take for furniture items?

Standard pieces ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders or larger furniture items typically arrive within 2-3 weeks via our specialized white-glove delivery partners.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition. Please note that custom-built shelving units are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Is assembly hardware included with my purchase?

Yes, all Shelved products come with high-quality wall anchors, screws, and an easy-to-follow digital assembly guide to ensure a secure installation.
