We want you to love your new home organization; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all shelving units and decor are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Secure your items in their original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
